Ferid Zénasni
Ferid entered the IT world in 1998 as junior programmer in a software house in the Limburgian Diepenbeek, Wetenschapspark. By participating in an AS/400 project for one of the major hospitals in Limburg, with the electronic medical dossier as central theme, he took the responsibility upon the analysis and the implementation for the intensive care section.
In July 2001, he faced a new challenge, as senior analyst-programmer in an AS/400 oriented company. As a result of an SAP implementation, ordered by the parent company, he coordinated the modules PP/PI & QM for this filter cable producer with settlement in Lanaken (scoping to implementation).
November 2006 meant a sudden change, he became a consultant at B.C.S. & Partners with a vision on .Net/iSeries integration.
Jos Verschelde (Retired Senior Partner)
In 1983, Jos started his career in the IT industry as a system engineer for the IBM midrange (S/34-S/36-S/38-AS/400) with an IBM business partner specialised in accounting applications. He started as an analysing developer but soon became business unit responsible of the company. He was the architect of an integrated solution for the industry and consultant for implementation of accounting applications in large organisations.
In 1991 he joined the industry and became CFO of a constructor of interior doors with different plants throughout Europe. In this function he had the opportunity to redefine, optimize and automate the entire supply chain. This experience formed the base for the foundation of B.C.S. & Partners.
Since 1998 Jos redefined the supply chain of several organisations for both private and public sectors. Since 2002, he specialised in the liberalisation of the energy market.
Martin Martens (Retired Senior Partner)
In the period from 1985 to 1999, Martin grew from an accountant to chief accountant in several international enterprises.
• In the period from 1985 to 1991, in a company that produces flexes, managing accountancy, managing the result concerning business economics and the construction of an efficient management information system
• From 1991 to 1995, he was employed as chief accountant of a furniture distribution centre.
• From 1995 to 1999, he was responsible for the automated process of circa 7 enterprises in a wood-processing company.
The year 1999 was the year of the turn. After a short stay at a software house and a career of 14 years in the financial sector, he made the switch to consultancy.
In 2000, Martin became partner of B.C.S. & Partners and takes care of implementations and interim management.
